Rental Rates 2023-24

The rental rates for 2023-24 are as follows:
| 25 March to 7 July | £400 |
| 8 July to 1 September | £500 |
| 2 September to 27 October | £400 |
| 28 October to 29 March 2024 |
£350 |
All prices are per week and the rental charge includes electricity, water, bath towels (please provide your own beach towels) and bed linen. Cleaning is carried out before and after your stay and a cleaning and laundry charge of €50 is payable locally on your departure.
Welcome packs can be ordered – further details available on request.
An initial deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking, with the balance due six weeks before departure or payment in full if less than six weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £150 is also required with the final balance and will be returned immediately our agents confirm that the house has been left in good order.
Rentals of less than a week and last minute deals may be available, please contact us for prices and availability.
Changeover day in peak season is Saturday, but we may be flexible at other times. The house will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and we would be grateful if you could vacate it by 10.00am on your day of departure.
