Our townhouse is in a small development of 12 properties sharing a pool. It is two minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach at El Mojon,which lies on the border of the Costas Blanca and Calida, close to the Mar Menor, a sea water lagoon famed for its healing properties and bird life. The surrounding area is very quiet, with some local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, but there are plenty of activities within a short drive. Weather in the Costa Calida is very mild,making it an ideal destination for holidaymakers in both the summer and winter months. The Costa Calida and its surrounding areas are sheltered by hills and high mountains allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, and as a result the region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year.
We are 30 minutes from Murcia Corvera airport, served by Easyjet, Ryanair and Jet2, and 40 minutes from Alicante airport.

The downstairs living area comprises a dining area, with a serving arch through to the kitchen, and lounge with television and DVD player. Outside, there is a terrace with table and chairs and a small garden area.
The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, an electric hob, counter top oven, microwave/grill, toaster and a washing machine. There is a small outside drying area accessed from the kitchen. Also downstairs is a shower room and toilet.
The first floor has a double room with a large built-in wardrobe and balcony, and a twin-bedded room with built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with integral shower, toilet, basin and bidet.
A further flight of stairs takes you to the roof terrace, equipped with sunbeds, which has a view of the sea.
The development is gated from the road, with each house also having its own security entrance. The pool area is also gated, ensuring that small children cannot access it alone. The house has an off-road parking bay.
The house is also equipped with an iron and ironing board and our agents can provide a Z-bed for an extra person, cots, high chairs, sterilisers, stair gates and other nursery equipment, all at a small extra charge.
